At AuthenticMedsPharma , we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a generous return window on all of our products, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
To return an item:

- We will send you a free return shipping label.
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, if possible.
- Affix the return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location.
That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest.
Return Cost Exceptions:
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping on hazardous materials, such as prescription medications or controlled substances.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping on items that have been expired or damaged during shipping.
