Authentic Meds Pharma Return Window

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer a generous return window on all of our products. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund.

To return an item:

2. We will send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging, if possible.
4. Affix the return shipping label to the package.
5. Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location.

Return Policy:

• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
• Any items that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, such as prescription medications or controlled substances.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been expired or damaged during shipping.
